350+ Youth Trained During Africa Code Week

From October 16-20, 2018 The Hub partook in Africa Code Week 2018, in partnership with GEM Institute.  We hosted groups of learners from local schools who got to learn the basics of coding with Scratch, a game developed by MIT. Women in Technology & Social Entrepreneurship

On Wednesday Ocotber 17, 2018 we hosted GEM Institute and Africa Code Week for a ‘Women in Technology & Social Entrepreneurship’ workshop this morning. 26 girls and women partook and learned about gender issues, entrepreneurship and digital marketing from GEM Institute, Mohloli oa Tsebo, The Nala Project: Community Market & Vodacom Lesotho Foundation.

We celebrated The Hub’s 3-year anniversary on August 11, 2018 with a party in the Morija Museum Amphitheatre.
