Reach Out – We all have bad days – but it makes it worse if you keep all your problems to yourself! In this first of The Hub & Dolen Cymru Lesotho‘s series of videos on mental health, we focus on reaching out. If you’re feeling sad or stressed, it can really help to talk to a friend or someone you trust. Asking for help isn’t easy, but it’s actually a sign of strength and it shows that you’re taking care of yourself. You are important and you matter to other people, so make sure that in tough times you always reach out to others! Based on the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) Toolkits #1 and #2.
